I cannot remember anything before that night, but I can tell you what happened during and after, though.

I whimpered, alone in the cold winter night, my breath coming out in rushes of steam. The buildings surrounding me were dark and eerie. I was somehow in an alley, and there was a maroon puddle surrounding me as I lay there, vulnerable to the world. I examined the sticky ooze around me, realizing it was blood. My blood.. Pain was unbearable, a horrid sensation, the source was my head..

It wasn't long before I saw him, a brute approaching me. I could've sworn it was over for me. He'd come to eat me. Times were desperate..
No. He took me in. He cared for me, protected me, healed me.

I was two when he told me we had to part, we'd been together for a year and eight months. It was time for me to move on and correctly develop, and I did.

He swore to me that we'd meet again. I believed him.</sup>

^{Arcadia's a well-balanced dog: folded ears set high; slightly wavy, blue merle pelt; natural bobtail; agile body, longer than taller; strong, deep chest, sitting squarely on all fours; teeth form a scissoring bite; blue, oval eyes, amber flecks. With such an agile body, she has barely any strength, esecially being the runt of her litter. She stands 18 inches, weighing approximately 40 pounds: all the minimum for her breed. The most dominant feature of hers are her striking, ultramarine eyes.}

First greetings are always rough. She's naturally protective, but easily holds her tongue. She's eager to please and lively once you get to know her. She's rarely aggressive, and somehow tends to charm people with her choice of words.}
