The Doberman bitch snorted as she emerged on the sand, slightly surprised by it's texture even now. She sighed to herself, pausing, before she starte down the beach at a trot. She passed through a small area of dune grass, snorting once more, before steadily running down the bay. Sand flung up around her with every step she took, her paws digging into the pale grains before slinging up again and sending the sand flying. She had decided to come when it was dark out, so the moonlight was now shining down on her black-and-brown pelt.
The Doberman bitch didn't much mind water, which was why you could usually find her at the beach. Truth be told, she loved water. She slowed her pace back to a trot, and eventually halted. She looked around one more, before lowering herself into the sand, laying her head on her paws.
She hadn't had a real reason to come here. She had simply been wandering, neither searching for company nor to be alone. Of course, the bitch never did mind some company. And she never minded being alone, as either was to her liking. Her dark brown eyes scanned the sandy area for any sign of life, her ears perked forward and her muscles semi-relaxed.

The spotted dog was occupying himself among some rocks, he'd been trying to catch a crab but it had caught hold of his lip with one of its claws so he'd ended up just trying to catch it again so he could kill it.. but it had gotten into the rocks and had now disappeared, such a shame. It could have made a nice snack. He could hear someone somewhere, an extra sound added to that of the small waves crashing onto the sand. He made his way up onto the biggest rock there, jumping from one to the other before finally scrambling up onto the huge rock. He looked out to see another dog lying on the sand and low growl came from him though he would be the only one to hear it.
He barked loudly, not a friendly bark, no.. A hostile bark that served as a warning. Even if he didn't officially own this place he was here, which meant that at this time it was his.. In his mind anyway. Dark eyes stayed on the creature as he stayed standing where he was and waited to see what it would do. If he had to go down there to get rid of them then he would do that too, though he would prefer to much rather stay up there. Being up so high just made him feel more important, and it made him seem bigger. Not that he was tiny or anything, but a dog that was power mad always did love to seem bigger and stronger and more threatening. Shango was one of those dogs that just saw themselves as being one of these amazingly strong creatures that everyone had to bow down to. It was the way he had been born, and the way he would always be.

How long she had been laying there, the Doberman femme did not know. The sound of the waves was so peaceful, so calming, that she had began to doze. That was, until, a bark pierced the silence. Her head shot up, auds perking forward, eyes alert. The bark had not been one of friendly calling, it had been hostile. And then there on the rocks was another canine, looking very fierce indeed. But oh, the Doberman was not one to back down from a challenge. Suddenly incredibly defensive, she got to her feet, a growl sounding lowly. Her hackles were raised, auds now plastered against her skull, eyes narrowed at the dog that had so rudely and violently barked at her.
A bark ripped from deep within her chest, moving up her throat and out of her paws, sounding loudly. "Who the hell d'you think you're barking at?" She thundered. No, she was not the type of bitch who would easily back down from a challenge. Very little scared her, and she thought that this unknown dog should know this. The dog did not intimidate her, did not frighten her...no, the canine riled her, made her want to snarl, bark, and...fight.
But was that wise?

The way that the femme reacted did not exactly please the spotted brute. Oh no. No one fought back! No! He was the boss and they needed to know that. This time the growl that was released from him would be loud enough for her to hear. "Just you, bitch!" He yelled back at her, his tones threatening. His body language was nothing but hostile, ready to attack though he couldn't do that from where he was. Though if she kept not backing down to him then he would most like stop with the aggression at least enough to pay some better attention to her because she would get his attention.
But all that was on his mind at the moment was teaching her that he was not one to mess with, for surely he could do more harm to her than she could do to him. He jumped down to a lower rock before making a giant leap onto the sand, still a small distance away from her though and he didn't go closer, yet. Growl came from him again as he kept watching her, waiting for her to do something before he would react and maybe just act on his own impulses.

Back off I'll take you on Headstrong to take on anyone I know that you are wrong Headstrong, we're Headstrong Back off I'll take you on His words only made her snarling and growling grow louder as she kept her eyes locked on his, ivory fangs gleaming threateninly. "I'll show you a bitch." She barked in response, fur on end as she stared, practically daring him with her eyes to draw closer to her. She didn't even know the brute's name and she already wanted to rip his windpipe out. Which was saying a lot, since she was not hateful...no, she was just protective and fiery. And what, she dared ask, was wrong with that? Absolutely nothing. It just showed that she wasn't the typ of dog to lay down and take anything from anyone.
After all, mother had always said, take shit, get hit.
As he moved forward in a threatening manor, she let out a shriek of teasing and diverse laughter, as if his body language greatly amused her. "Coward!" She roared, now practically dancing on the spot, though her body was rigid and ready for him to spring. But she was laughing as if the thought of him being threatening was oh so amusing to her. Laughter did always piss her off, after all.

He had heard her response quite clearly, it was the reason he was approaching her. Her laughter did not bother him, no.. She could mock him all she wanted and he would not even notice it. "Me, a coward? Now that's an interesting though.. Coming from an ugly mutt like you." He said, his tones icy, emotionless as he drew nearer to her. His movements still threatening. Why was he going to attack her again? Oh, that's right, to teach her a lesson. His lips were raised in a snarl, teeth showing in a warning and threatening way. He picked up speed when he got closer, just enough to launch himself at her, mouth open so he could grab onto any part of her he reached first.
Though he would only bite quickly before backing off, moving out of her reach. He was quite sure he would manage to bite her before she'd be able to react enough to move far enough off. Though there was probably a good chance of her being able to do something to him as well. He'd have to see how quick she was before he'd be able to do some serious damage. He kept moving though, circling her in a threatening way. Though it was for a reason, if he stood still she'd be able to get to him easier, and he didn't want that. No.

"If I'm ugly, half the bitches you've seen before must have been horribly gruesome." She snapped, watching as he moved forward. When he picked up speed she made to move back, but he still managed to lunge and latch onto her muzzle. She pulled away, ignoring the droplets of blood rolling towards her nose as she made to take a snap at one of his ears. She didn't care if her fangs had connected or not, because he had backed away, and was now circling her. But she wasn't scared, nor did she care about the blood on her muzzle.
Quite the opposite, she considered it to be a prize, like a trophy. Her head was still held high, chest slightly puffed out to show that she was still prideful, that he had not marred her courage at all. She began to turn in small circles at well so that her back did not go unprotected, her head now lowered slightly so that her throat wasn't a clear target, either. "Well, you've prooved that your capable of fighting the average Chihuahua puppy." She snickered, eyes locked on him, her fiery spirit roaring louder than ever inside of her.

He listened to her words, smirk appearing on his features to replace the snarl as he picked up speed, making his circle faster but slightly smaller too. "Well, you're quite a big chihuahua puppy then, or are you really as stupid as you look and don't even know what kind of bitch you are?" She had bitten into one of his ears but not hard enough to hurt him. He had felt it, but nothing more. He lunged at her again, strong jaws aiming to lock onto something, anything. Hopefully somewhere close to her throat though, he didn't intend to kill her, just hurt her.
He held on this time, he had aimed close to her neck so that she would not be able to turn her head enough to bite him back. Though if she could then he would just have to deal with it. He had aimed to make her fall as well, having thrown all his weight at her behind his bite. So if he got her then it would definitely have to get some result. Hopefully more than just some blood dripping from her muzzle.. Though that had been pleasing as well. She would learn her lesson soon, even if it took him almost killing her to show her she could not insult him like she was and get away with it. She was asking for it so she would definitely get it, he wasn't about to turn down the chance to show someone else that he was better than them.

I won't fall down, my heart still pounds I'm breathing now, I won't fall down I won't fall down, my heart still pounds I'm breathing now, I won't fall down
His remark had distracted her slightly, which was disappointed, because when he lunged, he was able to get her. His jaws clamped onto a spot a little below where her jaw ended and he successfully pushed her back into the sand, the weight of his body pressing her further into the grainy substance. No, she could not turn her head and bite him, so instead she did what she had been taught to do; fought with her paws. Hindpaws clawed blindly at his stomach, forepaws working to get at the brute's face, neck, and shoulders. She was snarling now, suddenly feeling so alive.
Beat, beat, beat...
Her heart was pounding, and that was what she loved. Her blood rushing, heart racing to create a song of it's own...oh, she lived for this, this feeling, this adrenaline rush she recieved. The slight shock of fear, anger, pressure...it was all feelings she adored, mingled with pain. "You talk about me being confused when it seems, judging by your bite, that you've confused yourself with a duck. May I remind you, seeing how stupid you are, that ducks dont have teeth, dear." She said, struggling to make sure her voice did not shake and waver, though she failed slightly.
Well here go, my big plans To build up this fortress up into the clouds It's made up of my love and my heart and my blood We'll make it out

He managed to stay away from her back paws, using his one front paw to try and push down her legs though it wasn't working too well and it was frustrating him. At least he'd gotten her on the ground. He heard her comment and growl was released from him as he clamped his jaws harder around the flesh he had in his mouth before he pulled so that he would pull her neck and head up. Oh, it would definitely hurt because he had a good grip on her flesh and pretty strong jaws. He wasn't about to let go.
She had already given him quite a few scratches with her paws. He moved so that he had two legs on each side of her, she wouldn't be able to get up even if he let go of her neck because he would just be able to use his weight to keep her down, well as best he could anyway. He growled again. "Says the one who was a sitting duck before.. Didn't seem to be too hard to get at your neck." He commented without letting go, it kind of came out as a mutter though he was pretty sure she would get the gist of what he was saying. He was still pulling on the piece of flesh he had in his mouth but he let go of it now, moving away from her again so that he was out of her reach before he just watched her, prepared for anything.
His eyes showed some interest as he kept them focused on her, wanting to see what she was going to do next. Would she try to attack him, or would she just turn to insults again and try to insult him some more. He really didn't give a shit. But he was finding her quite good entertainment, she was definitely keeping him busy enough and this was more fun than he'd had in a while. Even if he was still attempting to teach her a lesson.
